Who We Are

Aspen Family Center is not a traditional mental health and tutoring establishment. We operate out of a renovated Victorian style house in the court district of Sidney, Ohio. This location provides a relaxing, home-like atmosphere complete with therapy dogs and cats that keep you  company in the waiting room.

Our professionals exude the extensive knowledge and training in their areas of expertise necessary to provide great service, and are committed to making the Aspen environment a positive and inspiring experience. We believe our services and setting will have a positive impact on each client's quality of life and personal wellness. It is our wish to make each person feel uniquely valued and safe while within our facility.

Our services reflect our belief that every individual is unique and multifaceted. We  individualize a comprehensive treatment plan to each person's or family’s needs, and our range of services is designed to work cohesively to treat the entire individual. This opens up opportunities to treat not only the symptoms, but address the root of the problem or issue as well. For example, a student that is seeking tutoring for academic issues might have an underlying behavior issue that can be addressed with appropriate counseling. A person seeking counseling for depression or anxiety might benefit from Neurofeedback training to help manage the symptoms.
