Neurofeedback is a non-invasive process that uses a computer to monitor brainwave activity and then provide feedback to the client. This is a scientifically proven alternative to pharmaceutical treatments that is gaining popularity in the medical and mental wellness industries.

 

This feedback enables the trainee to learn self-regulation, to improve concentration, focus, and relaxation, increase positive mood, achieve better sleep, improve memory retention and retrieval, and decrease racing thoughts.

Neurofeedback is highly effective for Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Sleep Disorders, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, Dyslexia, Fibromyalgia, Tourette’s, Anger, and Hypertension. Training can increase energy and promote clearer thinking.

 

Neurofeedback takes only 30 minutes per session, twice a week to achieve lasting effect. We offer both EEG Neurofeedback, which measures electrical signals and HEG Neurofeedback, which is used to increase blood flow.

Aspen offers two options for EEG Neurofeedback training (HEG training is only available in our office)

 

In office: Our trained Neurofeedback Specialists conduct the training in our Sidney, Ohio office. Prompt attention to scheduled appointments is required but our staff handles all aspects of the training.
